Event Management Made Easy

Many community groups and organisations run events in our Shire and this kit has been developed to facilitate the smooth running of these events. Kits are available in paper format or on CD. The kit consists of five booklets:
1. ‘The Big Picture’ – an overview of planning and managing your Event
2. ‘The Paper Trail’ – administration of your Event
3. ‘On the Ground’ – operating your Event
4. ‘Getting the Word Out’ – marketing your Event
5. ‘Money Money Money’ – financial planning for your Event
